Job Description
Aptus Solutions is seeking a Payer / Provider Program Manager to manage large engagements for healthcare insurance and provider customers. The ideal candidate will have 16+ years of IT experience, 8+ years of managerial experience, and excellent communication skills. ITIL and PMI certifications are a plus.
Requirements
- 16+ years of IT experience
- 8+ years of managerial experience
- Customer-facing experience in managing large engagements
- Experience managing large healthcare insurance/healthcare provider customers
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements independently
- ITIL and PMI certifications (optional)
- Experience responding to RFPs and defending solutions to customers
- Good understanding of Payer / Provider domain and regulatory requirements
- Ability to transition services to Offshore and manage complete delivery in Onsite Offshore model
- Willingness to travel for new engagements
