Employment Specialist
High school diploma or GED, 1 year related experience preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Vocational Coordinator
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in rehabilitation placement or related fields
Support Broker (Part-Time)
Bachelor's degree in health/human service field, 1-2 years experience working with people with disabilities
Registered Nurse - Residential
RN licensure, 1 year experience, basic computer skills
Licensed Practical Nurse - Residential
Valid LPN license and at least 6 months medical experience in developmental disabilities or public health nursing
Direct Support Professional Residential Overnight
High school diploma or GED, awake overnight shifts, individualized care
Direct Support Professional-Hourly Respite/Family Support
High school diploma or GED, valid NYS driver's license, and 6-12 months related experience or training preferred
Physical Therapy Assistant
Physical therapy assistant with NYS license, assist in providing physical therapy, follow treatment plan, work with physician and therapist, and educate staff
Facilities Maintenance Technician
High school diploma with 2 years’ experience in residential building maintenance
Direct Support Professional Self Direction
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with skill acquisition, retention, or improvement in self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills
