Job Description
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with skill acquisition, retention, or improvement in self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills.
Requirements
- Provides individualized care as outlined in the service plan
- Prepares documentation and submits reports as required
- Attends all established or assigned meeting and trainings
- Provides First Aid/CPR as requested by the participant
- Provides safe transport as requested by the participant
- Maintains confidentiality of person served
- Acts in accordance with policies, procedures, and the Agency Corporate Compliance Policy
