Job Description
The company is seeking a full-time Concrete Foreman for Houston. This role involves specializing in civil construction and managing a 5-10 man crew. The foreman is responsible for laying concrete formwork, installing reinforcement, performing shop cuts, and ensuring safety standards are met. Candidates must be capable of working extended hours and adhering to strict guidelines.
Requirements
- Prior verifiable experience in concrete forming/finishing
- Must read prints, layout foundation plan, accurately measure and set formwork, rebar and anchor bolts
- Experience with drilled piers, flat work, walls, floors, control/construction joints, and professional finishing
- Able to run 5-10 man crew, manage project execution, enforce procedural and safety standards, lead daily safety meetings and crew briefs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to work up to 12 hour days
