An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join The Artichoke, a Michelin Star restaurant in Amersham, UK. The restaurant offers modern fine dining and a high level of personable, professional service.
Requirements
- Good business acumen and excel skills
- Experience of cost and sales reporting
- Proven previous experience in a similar high level of restaurant service (at least 2-3 Rosette+)
- Experience of reservations and private dining bookings
- Ability to train others to a high standard
- Well presented with personality, charisma and excellent communication skills
- Passion for fine food, wines and delivering outstanding customer service
