CHAI is seeking an Administration & Operations Manager to support senior leadership and oversee administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in complex environments and demonstrate strong judgment, prioritization, and communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated responsibility for managing competing priorities and sensitive communications
- Experience supporting board governance or nonprofit leadership preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
