Job Description
The Jewish Federation of Howard County (JFHC) is seeking a dynamic and visionary President/CEO to lead our growing, diverse community into its next chapter. As the primary driver of our mission, you will translate strategy into tangible action, ensuring the long-term health and vibrancy of Jewish life in Howard County.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Jewish Federations or non-profit fundraising
- Significant supervisory roles of a team
- Ability to work effectively with a Board of Directors
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred
- Proficiency in current multi-media communication and CRM software
- Deep commitment to Jewish culture, values, traditions, and celebrations
- Superior skills in cultivating and stewarding relationships with myriad stakeholders
- Flexible, creative ability to pivot resources to meet emerging challenges
