The Teen Engagement and Program Associate is a unique position that develops creative, passionate youth engagement professionals and empowers them to lead and grow our next generation of changemakers through dynamic leadership programs and relational engagement.

Requirements

• Plan and implement engaging and impactful teen programs from start to finish:
• Peer Leadership Fellows - A 9-month cohort-based, teen leadership program for high school 10th and 11th grade students, including a weekend shabbaton (Shabbat retreat)
• Social Innovation Fellowship- A 6-month cohort-based, teen entrepreneurship program for high school freshman to seniors, including an overnight travel experience
• J Camps Counselor-In Training: A 8-week CIT program for rising 9th and 10th graders over the summer
