Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Pool Manager to lead our 3-pool aquatics facility with a strong focus on safety, team leadership, scheduling, customer service, and member relations.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or pool management experience
- Lifeguard First-Aid/CPR/AED and Pool Operator certifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
