Job Description
The Associated Press is seeking a Labor Relations Specialist to support labor relations across its global business. The role will be primarily focused on labor relations in the United States, including administration of collective bargaining agreements and support for union negotiations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- 4-7 years of experience in labor relations in a unionized environment
- Experience administering U.S. collective bargaining agreements managing grievances and supporting negotiations
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong writing and organizational skills
