Job Description
The Athletic is seeking a Mobile Engineer, Android to own key aspects of our native android application and contribute to our core features and architecture. The ideal candidate will build beautiful, polished user experiences and architect elegant, maintainable code.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with native Android development in Kotlin
- Consumer-facing product and design instincts with a desire to have a voice in product decisions
- Preferred experience in GraphQL, Jetpack
- Preferred experience in an early-stage startup working on growth and scale challenges
