Accounting Associate/Staff Accountant US (Pooling)

The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is seeking a high-potential Accounting Associate to support critical accounting workflows and finance operations across multiple dynamic businesses. The role involves performing daily and monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month-end close activities, and assisting with financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and excited by fast-moving environments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting experience with demonstrated ownership of balance sheet reconciliations
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a structured, problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working across multiple priorities and clients in a fast-moving environment
