The AVP Enterprise Compliance Testing position assists in the leadership and execution of the Enterprise Compliance Testing Program within the second line of defense. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance testing across assigned lines of business and related functional support areas are in accordance with applicable Federal regulations, internal standards, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Develops and maintains a collaborative working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Assesses the adequacy of The Bancorp policies and procedures
- Assists in the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of the annual Compliance Testing Schedule
- Reviews and challenges testing workpapers and sampling methodologies
- Presents testing results to Compliance Leadership
- Serves as a subject matter expert on effectiveness of compliance controls
- Oversees the validation of corrective actions taken in response to findings
- Supports the management of compliance-related audits and regulatory exams
- Contributes to the enhancement of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
- Manages compliance analyst team members (if assigned)
- Performs other duties as assigned
