AVP Payments Project Manager I

The AVP Payments Project Manager I will lead the implementation of small to medium-sized payments programs, overseeing program setup, launch, and testing, and providing support to other Project Managers as needed.

Requirements

• Manages small to medium-sized implementation projects or program enhancements using established project management framework, tools, and techniques.
• Identifies, assesses, and manages risks and issues to ensure the success of the project.
• Collaborates with partners, processors, technology partners and internal stakeholder departments.
• Provides direction to new partners regarding the bank’s policies and guidelines.
• Acts as the primary liaison with assigned Partners and Processors during the initial program set-up as well as additional programs after launch.
• Manages project plans, milestones, and dependencies to keep work on track and ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines.
• Coordinates and documents communications with external and internal stakeholders and project resources to ensure a successful program launch is achieved.
• Prepares and distributes project status, activity reports and schedules to management, and external stakeholders.
