Customer Relationship Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with routine transactions, answering questions about new services and products, and resolving customer issues. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to three years bank related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
• Must be eager and willing to learn.
