The successful candidate will work on complex, high-value, and confidential retained searches and will have the opportunity to materially change their life through hard work, ownership, and results.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within a 360 technical environment
• Experience working on £100K+ roles
• Exposure to B2B sales, business development, or closing deals
• Relentless work ethic and personal accountability
• Genuine desire to win, improve, and outperform
• Comfort operating without safety nets or micromanagement
