Job Description
The UK People Manager is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes, policies and systems operate effectively. The role will support the evolution of Bike Club's culture, ensuring that company values are translated into clear behavioural expectations and embedded consistently across the organisation.
Requirements
- Proactive approach to mapping team roles and needs
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of UK & German employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle within a growing organisation
- Ability to build credibility and trust with employees at all levels
