Job Description
The Cook II is responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking meats, vegetables, and other hot food products, preparing and portioning products prior to cooking, and performing other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or demonstrated experience
- At least 2 years experience cooking in a full service kitchen
- Ability to obtain Gaming License from the Sac and Fox Nation Gaming Commission
