Job Description
The Boring Company is hiring an Electrical Integration Technician to support the assembly, integration, and testing of electrical systems of our Tunnel Boring Machines.
Requirements
- Install, upgrade, and repair of electrical systems, controls equipment and instrumentation on our proprietary tunnel boring machines and supporting equipment
- Install and wire complete power distribution equipment and panels, including transformers, breakers, outlets, motor controls, VFDs, relays and sensors.
- Implement control and automation systems using PLCs and industrial automation equipment.
- Assist design team in design documentation and review process.
- Work with engineers to integrate electrical systems with mechanical structures, mechanisms, and software packages.
