Recruiter

The Boring Company is looking for a Recruiter to drive the recruitment of top talent for roles critical to its mission, including manufacturing, assembly, welding, machining, and operations positions.

Requirements

• Partner with production hiring managers to understand headcount needs and refine job requisitions
• Source skilled talent using innovative strategies
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
• Identify recruitment challenges and propose actionable solutions
• Train hiring managers and team members on best practices for recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Organize and execute recruitment events
• Build relationships with diverse talent networks, trade unions, and industry associations
