Job Description
We are looking for a Tunnel Engineer to support full-cycle excavation operations on a hard rock Main Beam Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). This is a field-based role where you’ll be embedded with the mining crew.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in tunnel engineering, underground construction, or TBM operations (Main Beam experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of geomechanics, rock classification, and tunnel support systems
- Comfortable working underground in rotating shifts and a fast-paced production environment
- Experience with tunnel survey systems, TBM guidance, or SCADA data monitoring tools is a plus
- EIT or PE license a plus, but not required
