Care Partner 7pm-7am $18-$20 (Full Time)

We are looking for a Care Partner to work 7pm-7am shifts at our St. Charles, Missouri location. The role requires being an advocate for empathy, creating human connections with residents, and being present and engaged in work, team members, and the community.

Requirements

• Be an advocate for empathy
• Create human connections with residents
• Be present and engaged in work, team members, and the community
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care
• Have a positive and energetic attitude
• Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Have computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents
• Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
• Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
• Be criminally cleared
