Job Description
We are looking for a Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at The Boulevard Senior Living in St. Charles, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating human connection with residents, discovering their interests, and implementing strategies to ensure their success. The starting wage is $22-$24 per hour, and the shift schedule is Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday 3pm-11pm.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Have a positive and energetic attitude
- Have computer skills to print documents and enter information
- Be active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking
