Job Description
The Community Life Associate supports the Community Life department in establishing a safe and welcoming residential community in the Men's Dorm. The role includes overseeing clients in daily community responsibilities, supporting team to achieve excellence in standards of hospitality and physical safety, and fostering effective and supportive collaboration with other departments.
Requirements
- Embrace's the organization’s Statement of Faith
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in direct care (ministry, non-profit, or human services) or customer service
- High School diploma/GED
- Conflict resolution and reporting skills
- Excellent relational and communication skills
- Computer & email proficiency
