Job Description
LOWBOY DRIVER I: Operates heavy duty truck for off-road transportation of earth, rock or other mass or bulk materials. Requires 1-3 years of heavy duty truck driving experience and a commercial driver's license.
Requirements
- Inspect truck for defective items
- Prepare daily drivers log book
- Perform pre-start-up inspection of road tractors and equipment
- Have and maintain a current commercial driver's license and medical card
- Perform a mechanical inspection on every piece of equipment hauled
- Complete all required documents and submit to dispatcher
- Report all mechanical malfunctions to supervisor immediately
