Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead the evolution of our infrastructure, automation, and operational practices. This is a pivotal role for an individual passionate about driving technical excellence, fostering a strong DevOps culture, and mentoring a growing team.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 6+ years of progressive professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related infrastructure-focused role
- Leadership: 1-2 years of experience in a lead or senior capacity, with demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers, lead technical initiatives, and drive team growth
