Senior Director of Information Technology

The Brattle Group is looking for a Senior Director of Information Technology to lead our global Information Technology (IT) function. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and serving as a member of the firm’s leadership team, the Senior Director of IT will set and execute a forward-looking technology strategy that enables Brattle’s growth, strengthens operational excellence, and enhances the experience of our staff and the services we deliver to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in a fast-paced professional services or similar environment
• 10 years of experience in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to develop and retain people
• Proven success in implementing IT solutions, including ERP and CRM systems
• Strategic leadership experience in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
• Considerable track record leading cybersecurity initiatives
• Expertise with cloud platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise architecture
• Prior success building and scaling IT functions
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
