Job Description
The BC SPCA is looking for an Animal Care Attendant to join their team in Quesnel, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, performing daily animal care duties, and upholding the highest animal care standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class N or 5 BC Drivers’ License and driver’s abstract
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourceful team player
- Highly motivated self-starter
- A sound knowledge of animals
- Previous kennel or animal care experience (asset)
- Demonstrable interest in all aspects of animal welfare
- Computer experience: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
