The House Parent serves as a full-time, live-in member of the Residence Life team, responsible for the daily care, supervision, and holistic development of boarding students within an assigned residential house.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight duty as part of a residential schedule
- Must reside in a designated on-campus apartment during the academic year
- Valid driver’s license required
- Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, or working closely with high school-aged students
