Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Floor Technician to specialize in the maintenance of large concrete floors at a manufacturing facility in Mocksville, NC. The primary responsibility will be the operation of buffing and other floor maintenance machinery.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating commercial floor maintenance equipment, particularly high-speed buffers or propane burnishers on concrete or industrial flooring.
- Skills: Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate and maintain specialized equipment. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Safety Knowledge: Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of industrial safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Physical: Must be able to sustain extensive walking and standing for the full shift and be capable of lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
