Job Description
The Leader in Training (LIT) Program is a one-year rotational development program designed for recent college graduates or those graduating soon. You'll gain real-world experience across every major area of the business, with coaching, clear goals, and measurable progress each quarter.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate (up to 1 year post-graduation) or graduating soon
- Ability to commit to a full one-year program (June–May)
- Willingness to work in a highly physical indoor/outdoor environment
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Strong people and leadership potential
- Customer-focused mindset
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Safety-minded and coachable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
