Job Description
The Leader in Training will be a recent college graduate joining a one-year program to learn and train in each division within The Budd Group.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate with up to one year of post-graduation
- Must be willing to commit to a one-year program starting in June and ending in May
- Must be able and willing to work in a highly physical role in an indoor/outdoor setting
- Must be flexible in work schedule to include evenings and some weekends
