Requirements
- 2+ years of business management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Hospitality or Food and Beverage industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of financial tools (P&L, COGs, Inventory, etc.)
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Personal organization and time management skills
