Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a car
- PSW certification from an approved and recognized educational institution
- Negative TB Test completed within the last year
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Valid WHMIS2015 Certificate of Completion
- COVID Vaccination Receipts subject to an exemption pursuant to Ontario's Human Rights Code
- Immunization for measles, rubella, varicella, tetanus, and Diphtheria REQUIRED
- Valid Criminal Record Check - must be completed within the last year
