Job Description
The Care Company is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes in North Scarborough and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in community-based settings, PSW certification, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Provide personal care in accordance with established care plans
- Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and the care team
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
- Ability to travel between client locations
