Job Description
Our client, a Commercial bank, is looking to hire a System Analyst to support the Head of application support in handling incident process management, providing technical support for smooth 24-hour operation, and monitoring support teams to meet SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4 years’ experience in application software development with at least 2 years in system analysis.
- Exposure to multiple open computer platforms
- Experienced in Java, JS, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Linux
- Knowledge and experience on e-channels systems
- Sound communication skills
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong project planning skills
- Able to coordinate own/others’ time, resources and workload
- Strong sense of teamwork, willing to share experience and expertise with team members
