Operations Assistant

We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to ensure that our Account Directors and Sales Development Representatives have everything they need to operate efficiently and effectively increase sales for our clients.

Requirements

• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong time management skills
• Coachable
• Feedback communication
• Software skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint skills are essential. Experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar) is preferred (but not required).
