Job Description
Catholic Charities seeks a Case Manager I-Employment Specialist to assist refugees and asylees in becoming self-sufficient through employment. The role involves conducting program orientation, intake, and assessment, developing individual employment plans, and providing case management to remove barriers to self-sufficiency.
Requirements
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual English and 1 other language spoken by clients (Ukrainian, Dari, Pashtu, Arabic, Spanish, Amharic)
- Flexible to work irregular hours
- Willingness to uphold Catholic social teaching in the workplace
- Fluency in Microsoft office, excel, & other relevant software; strong presentation skills
- Ability to learn new tasks and procedures, comply with processes, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow
