Job Description
BENEFITS ELIGIBLE WORKING ONLY 3 DAYS PER WEEK! This position is part of our Premium Weekend Program, perfect for those interested in a compressed schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week.
Requirements
- A high school or high school equivalency diploma and one year of experience working with youth in a group setting, OR
- An associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field that is unrelated to social work or psychology and six months experience working with youth in a group setting, OR
- An associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology or a related field
- Current NJ driver's license needed; will be required to meet safe driving requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience and comfort working within residential setting preferred
- Team-player outlook. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to be flexible to the daily changing needs within the community and to handle obstacles with compassion and resolve
