Job Description
We are seeking an Instructional Analyst to support the development of data products and analytic platforms, drive effective documentation, and enhance instructional design and learning enablement at the Center for Health Information and Analysis (CHIA).
Requirements
- Proven Technical Writer experience in instructional design or technical writing for analytics, software development, engineering, or related domains.
- Advanced familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Effective Data Governance and Healthcare Data Domain Experience, including claims and eligibility datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly and persuasively.
