Job Description
We’re seeking a full-time Professional I, Behavioral Health Specialist/Case Manager to provide individualized support and services to clients overcoming behavioral disorders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, Associates degree or High school diploma with three years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio and access to an insured vehicle
- Ability to work closely with team members and form effective therapeutic relationships
- Ability to coordinate care plans from initial contact through end of service
