Addiction Physician role at The Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center, to provide low-barrier, evidence-based, patient-centered care in a walk-in MAT clinic setting.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Training in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or psychiatry; OR another specialty with Addiction Medicine or Addiction Psychiatry board certification
- Active, unrestricted Ohio medical license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- DEA registration with buprenorphine prescribing authorization (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and experience working with high-acuity, underserved patient populations
- Commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care
