Primary Care Physician

Primary Care Physician to provide primary medical care to adults and children, chronic disease management, preventative care, and acute medical issues. Opportunities to practice addiction medicine, infectious disease, and sexual and reproductive health services.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current, valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Ohio.
• Unrestricted DEA Registration.
• BLS Certification.
