The Youth Mental Health Therapist participates in the clinical team by providing in-office and telehealth counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. The successful candidate maintains a therapeutic relationship with clients and collaborates with the treatment team to provide holistic whole-person care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Licensure: social work or counselor license recognized by the state of Ohio
- Intake screening and orientation for new clients and guardians
- Providing mental health counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches of care
- Providing crisis intervention as necessary
- Participating in coordination of care with a multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Providing group counseling as needed
