Manager, SRHR - Health Systems Access

The Children's Investment Fund Foundation is seeking a Manager for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) focused on Health Systems Access. The role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with fluency in French, expertise in program design and implementation, and a deep understanding of health systems strengthening, gender equity, and adolescent health challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Health Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing SRHR programs with a focus on health systems strengthening in low- and middle-income countries
• Strong knowledge of sexual and reproductive health rights, adolescent health, and gender equity issues
• Demonstrated experience in program design, monitoring and evaluation, and using data to drive program improvements
