Store Lead - Mall Of America - Part time

The Store Lead will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team, completing cash-wrap operations, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). They will represent the brand, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development.

Requirements

• Assist in developing talent through the training of associates
• Partners with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates
• Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives
• Foster a positive work environment and provide direct, objective feedback
• Assess performance and provide feedback
• Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty
• Model, encourage, and demonstrate exceptional customer service behaviors
• Support the management team to maximize productivity
• Process payroll weekly
• Modify schedule based on business climate
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
