Facilities Manager

The Children’s School seeks an experienced full-time Facilities Manager to maintain school facilities and maintenance requests.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in facilities management
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with mechanical skills, standard tools, and techniques
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems
• Understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• Ability to manage vendors and safety compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail and efficiency in problem solving skills
• Knowledge of operating expenses and capital expenditures budgeting and cost-control techniques
• Proven ability to manage repairs, installations, and renovations from inception to completion within a budget
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians and janitorial staff
