The Children’s School seeks an experienced full-time Facilities Manager to maintain school facilities and maintenance requests.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in facilities management
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with mechanical skills, standard tools, and techniques
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems
- Understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Ability to manage vendors and safety compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and efficiency in problem solving skills
- Knowledge of operating expenses and capital expenditures budgeting and cost-control techniques
- Proven ability to manage repairs, installations, and renovations from inception to completion within a budget
- Experience supervising maintenance technicians and janitorial staff
