Job Description
The Children's School seeks an experienced full-time Long-Term Substitute Teacher for 5th Grade to start August 3, 2026. The Long-Term Substitute Lead Teacher is responsible for student learning, classroom instruction and management, and curriculum creation/implementation, in accordance with the mission and philosophy of the School.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Applicable experience working with children through a child development lens
- Understands the identity development and learning process of early adolescents
- Skilled at establishing meaningful relationships with students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort in the use of digital technology and media
