Job Description
The Cardiovascular Technologist H&V (Main Cardiac Cath Lab) is responsible for providing continuous, comprehensive cardiac care to adult and geriatric patients. This role involves performing angiographic procedures, managing patient care, and ensuring safe and effective treatment. The technologist will collaborate with the cardiology and vascular surgery teams to deliver high-quality patient care based on established models of care.
Requirements
- Perform angiographic procedures
- Perform invasive vascular treatments
- Perform cardiac catheterizations and angiography
- Maintain sterility in the lab
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Demonstrate competency in POC (point of care) testing
