Job Description
The Patient Care Assistant I (PCA) I assists patients during their hospital stay, enhancing patient experience and maintaining a safe environment. They work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, focused on culturally and age-specific care, and based on the model of care promoting patient-family partnership. The PCA I performs clinical care and demonstrates leadership and accountability in a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements
